Visionary may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Visionary. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
