Terms of Service

By using the Visionary platform (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You affirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Visionary service in accordance with these Terms. You also confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

2. Use of Services

Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to post ideas on Visionary’s platform for developers to claim and potentially develop. Developers have the right to express interest in developing posted ideas through direct communication with Users.

Visionary provides an online platform that connects users (“Users”) who wish to share their innovative ideas with potential developers (“Developers”). Our service is designed to facilitate idea sharing and development, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

• Post your ideas in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and data protection laws.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when posting or updating your idea details.
• Comply with all usage guidelines provided on the Visionary platform at the time of posting an idea.

Developers agree to:

• Treat all User ideas with respect.
• Not claim ownership or intellectual property rights over ideas that do not belong to them without proper authorization from the rightful owner (User).

All users agree to be respectful. The following actions are forbidden while using the Visionary platform:

• Discrimination based on age, nationality, race, (dis)ability, gender (identity or expression), sexuality, religion, or similar personal characteristics.
• Posting spam-like content that disrupts the environment of the community.
• Unwelcome sexual advances, including sexually explicit content.
• Insulting, demeaning, hateful, or threatening remarks.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Visionary platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in detail there. You agree to comply with all provisions of our Privacy Policy when using the Visionary platform.

5. Termination

Visionary may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Visionary. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
